These can also be referred to as Quest Designers in certain studios. The Social Systems Designer is in charge of multiplayer and social features that allow people to play together. This can include things such as XP rewards for defeating enemies or completing quests. Systems Designers are in charge of numerical values and in-game metrics that impact the player.
